Late Cancellation/ no show policy 

WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, online or in salon, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SMS FROM FRESHA SAYING ‘ACTION REQUIRED’

To secure your appointment, we require you to pay a 50% deposit. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment, however we require no less then 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. If you do NOT show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you have a Gift Voucher to use for your appointment or would like to use AfterPay, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ONLINE, call the salon to book so you don’t get charged the booking deposit. The voucher number must be taken at the time of your booking. 50% of your voucher value will be forfeited if you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up for your booked appointment.

If your prefer to not put your card details online via the FRESHA app, please phone or visit the salon to pay deposit.

Refusal to pay deposit and not follow our policy may result in appointment refusal.

We completely understand emergencies happen and we will take these into consideration. 

 

Children

Children are welcome in our salon, However, please keep in mind that our space is designed for relaxation & time out for our clients, so a quiet environment is what we aim for. 

Access 

Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair or pram access due to three small steps at the salons entrance. Staff can assist when available.
